Terms and conditions for affiliation as Sales Agent for Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation Limited (JTDCL)


  1. The Sales Agent will be required to pay security deposit Rs. 10,000.00 (Rs. Ten Thousands Only) through online system.
  2. The Sales agent would authorized to book / reserve the rooms, hotels, transport etc. through our online system.
  3. The sales agent authorized by JTDC will be allowed commission @10% advance in case of providing booking for more than Rs. 1,00,000.00 (One lakh) during one financial year the JTDC may contemplate to allow further extra incentive / commission also to its booking agents.
  4. The sales agent will pay all the amounts in online. If the booking amount will be exceed from Rs. 10000.00 the agent shall applicable to get 10% commission.
  5. All reservation cancellation shall be strictly as per our prevalent tariff / usual terms and conditions
  6. In case of cancellation of any booking mad through sales agents the refund would be made by the sales agent as per rules of the Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation (JTDC).
  7. Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation Limited (JTDC) reserves the right of inspection of the sales agents register in the context of all booking of JTDC through its office / authorized representative at any time.
  8. The Corporation shall not be responsible for any unlawful act or any act of commission / omission by the agent in violation of any terms and conditions of JTDC for reservation / cancellation / refund.
  9. In case of any dispute the matter shall be referred to the Managing Director JTDC whose decision shall be final and binding on both the Parties.
  10. Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation Limited (JTDC) reserves the right of inspection of the sales agents register in the context of all booking of JTDC through its office / authorized representative at any time.
  11. Any legal case in this matter shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Ranchi High Court only.
