• After open the website, go through sign in.
• The dashboard will be opened.
• Then go through the “Booking History”.
• Select cancel option to apply for cancel the booked room.

You can book any hotel room to stay at any tourist places maintained by JTDCL through our website https://tourism.jharkhand.gov.in

• After open the website, click on BOOK HOTEL.
• Under plan your visit choose Hotels.
• Then choose the hotel from list in which you want to book room.
• Select “Check Availability” to check the availability status of the chosen date.
• Then select Book Now to book the room if available.
• Then register with Sign up with Google link .
• Fill all the required information to book the room on the same date.
• The Receiver detail is optional.
• After filling up all the required information , Make payment through Debit Card / Credit Card by online.
• Then share your feedback.
• After completion of online booking process make print copy of booking details.
• Visit Hotel with the printed hotel details with copies of identity proof.
